Payoneer IBAN Issue ? How to request one ?

Hey there,

I know I'm probably not posting in the right section, but I want to create an Etsy Stealth account and I don't know how to request an IBAN from Payoneer since mismatching names works with Payoneer.

I'd really appreciate if someone could answer.
