Payoneer change bank account

    I don't know it's a right section or wrong (Move thread if this posted on wrong section but don't ban)

    Hello,
    I have a payoneer account on my name where I use my savings account for payouts.
    Now few days ago I chat with their support to change my bank account from savings to current accout (My business bank account)

    The current account's name is my Business name.. And I want to change only the bank account not the payoneer account's personal details.

    So their staff said that I can do that and ask me to submit a ticket with details and documents.

    Few days later I got an email from payoneer where they ask my personal details like full name, address, connection between payoneer account and new bank account, and also purpose of using payoneer to get paid.

    I reply the email with all details which they ask for.. Even I submit my Personal ID and Company registration certificate too where they can see my company name and my name also as registrar..

    But today I receive the same email again where they asking for same information which they ask few days ago..
    It's a exactly copy of their previous email..



    So can anyone here tell me what's going on? I am not enough experienced with Payoneer..

    Does anyone saw any same incident?

    Please reply here.. also if you have any suggestion then please give me..

    It's best, if you try to get a hold of them on their live chat or phone. Their email support can be slow sometimes. I remember last time i was emailing with them back and forth for a week with no solution to my issue, when i finally hit them up via their live chat support and my issue was solved in minutes. It worth a try. Be prepared for an ownership check though, your birth date and answers to your security questions.

    make sure the email you received are from payoneer nor any phishing attempt to trick you for revealing your personal information

    Payoneer is one of the worst card company that I've dealt with. Their fees are high, paypal banned users from linking payoneer to their pp accounts for a reason.

    I have a long story of bad experience in dealing with them.

    Yes I am going to contact them on Live chat but tell you one thing there always 17-18 people on queue on live chat..
    So when your turn it's almost 2-3hrs you spend on waiting..
    Anyway, thanks guys.. I'll update here about their reply.. :)

    Weird, there was no-one in queue when i used it last time, although i'm in EU (GMT+1).

    But hey, it's not like you need to stand there for hours. :) Just enter the queue and do something else while waiting, i'm pretty sure there will be a sound effect, when one of their reps becomes available.

    Withdrawing fees at an atm, transfering fees, loading fees.

    The thing is that you don't really have an alternative, if you're expecting to get paid online by the networks we use around here. Paxum is not really an option and an even bigger pain in the ass with similar fees, a wire costs $50 (both loading or withdrawing), go figure. PayPal can be an option, if available, but it doesn't come with a credit card in most countries, plus it doesn't support the adult industry. But without these services we still would be using checks, which is kinda medieval in the 21st century. I guess this is the price we need to pay for doing business from the comfort of our homes sitting in pyjamas all day long. :)

    Their support is very f**king , I also contacted about a issue with my payment service and they said we will update you with via email soon , and its almost 2 weeks now , no reply .

    @ HoNeYBiRD, No bro it's huge queue everytime... Only in the morning when the open live chat then maybe you can reach them after 2/3 people..
    Anyway, Unfortunately they did not open live chat support on saturday and sunday so I have to wait till mondy..
    I will update here what the said..

    Now today I received 2 email from Payoneer

    First email said
    After few minutes I receive second email which again ask me the same thing with same form which I need to put my details, purpose of payment and relation with the account

    Always state what country you are from t make it easier for people to respond and help. Give them a call and raise your issues for immediate help.

    Some countries make it difficult to receive payoneer payments to your business bank account s personal accounts are often easier.

    Well, it doesn't seem like the same email what you get from them before. It's easily understandable that they require additional information, when you try to add a bank account, which is on someone else's name. Provide what they ask for, if you already did and they don't get back to you in a timely manner via email or if you feel like that you're going in circles, contact them via their live chat support (what you're planning to do) or call them up.

    I contact them on live chat.. They conform that my bank account is approved and I if still receiving email asking same details then I can disregards that email.

    Thanks friends for all your help..
