Forgive me dragging up an old thread - but it seemed the most relevant to my query. I understand the point you made in that the employer (i.e. payoneer affiliate) most likely carrys out reporting of earnings in accordance with state laws. However, is this inclusive of any monies loaded to the card directly (now that payoneer offers this facility)? Is the payoneer affiliate aware of this aspect of funding - or only concerned exclusively with transactions made through their service/website?
Hi guys,
As Tomer mentioned a couple years ago
Please note that we DO adhere to all application laws and regulations (USA and worldwide), however, and if a government agency were to come to us with a court order for information, we would comply, but all we could do is show what your bank would be able to show, what funds have gone in and out of your account, not what type of funding it was.
I am not sure about this, but I do know they have my SSN # so I think If you start to funnel decent money through them you should make sure. I have no money with them got it when I used to be with cpa lead .
As I mentioned above, we have no way of knowing where your funds are coming from, so even if we had to "report" something (which we haven't so far), it wouldn't be anything that could hurt you. But your partner, were they contacted, may be required to, so you really should talk to them to find out their policy.
