payoneer balance blocked

Hi,
Using payoneer from 3 years or so and receiving payments from companies and my clients. But suddenly 3 weeks ago i logged into my account and balance was blocked. I can not withdraw neither i can receive payments because account is under investigation. Upon contacting payoneer support they told that you have to wait until account investigation completes. I am stuck. No updates yet. In last 3 weeks i contact payoneer support 4 times(3 times via live chat and 1 time on phone) and received same answer every time. Have patience. I mean how easy it is to say have patience when everything is on stake. There is no other payment method available in my country Pakistan. Helpless right now. Fingers crossed.

first message them, if same answer then comment on their fb page
 
what about webmoney? or did you use payoneer to make invoices and to get paid by cards?

maybe you can use transferwise but they don't support usd account details for your country. you can still get eur and gbp bank details.

Same happened to me 13 days ago
I've been with Payoneer for 8 years at least
They did that last year and now same thing
 
if you need CC payment gateway I can recommend one Russian company (they accept SMM as well)... and they could withdraw your earnings on Webmoney
 
They full of s**t, I recently ask then to close my account, don't want to deal with than anymore
 
I hope payoneer will not turned gaypal soon.

Hi. May I ask how long until your issue was resolved? Was it even resolved? I am facing the same issue for over a month now and starting to smell something bad! Contacted support many times by phone, email and chat, and nothing is happening, they said they cannot disclose the reason and that the issue is being dealt with by the relevant department.
 
the same thing just after activated my card,i got my us balance blocked..card also linked with paypal
