These sons of b*****!

Payoneer gives you the facility to receive money in various currencies to virtual bank accounts which you can then transfer to your own account. Now, that's something great for people like me living outside of the US. This gives us a way to receive money for amazon affiliate commissions and similar things.

Now here's the problem.

God forbids, you get a problem somewhere along the way. This is how their support system work.

1. No directly visible link to a contact form.

2. You'll need to dig in categories and then subcategories of info articles where they have hidden that contact us button. (only a few info articles has this button so you'll need to look everywhere.)

3. After you've managed to found the contact page and submitted your humble request they'll automatically assume it's resolved from the very second you sent it to them. xD

4. Why they do this is because they have email you can info article again and you'll need to reply to that to tell these kind cu*** that no this didn't resolve my problem, please proceed to look into it.

Due to some error in my bank, the transfer from my Payoneer account to bank account got refunded back to Payoneer. They decided that to cancel my US receiving account and block all that balance I have received. Now, all I can do is wait.

Am I the only one facing this? Please let me know if you face something similar and what did you do?

Also, If anyone of you knows a better (or worse!) alternative for Indian people, I'd be pleased to know about it.

Thank you for your time!</rant>

Payoneer have been amazing, way better than PP.

Only thing I find about Payoneer is that their exchange fees are quite high. I'd recommend getting a Transferwise account in the payout currency and then converting it to yours with TW :)

Search for payoneer live chat in google and go live chat directly this usually solves the issue

Payoneer is the worst. I tried to close my account, and they were asking like 10 questions, and asking me to stay. Total ridiculous. Also their support is worst ever, i never get a simple answer or proper response till today. They don't care about you and your business.

They make money on fees and do not have good customer support. I won’t use if a seller only takes payineeer than no purchase from me. No sale is final. PP way better and dispute resolution

We have another solution but then we also have so many issues with it but then again we will never be satisfied

better than pp which suprise with "hey we limited the account"wanna chat? :D
why you can't receive the money to bank?whats the problem you faced? is it biz or personal account?
Hahaha... Yes paypal isn't even useful for my usecase.

First time payoneer sent payment to my receiving bank it was refunded because of some issue with my bank.
Now the balance is back in payoneer but still limited and no idea how to get it back.

Thank you for this suggestion. I'll check if this can be used for India.

I once ran into a lot of trouble with Payoneer.

Basically, I had to renew my card and they sent it to my home address in Germany. I was in Germany at this time and picked up the card. I tried to activate it, but it didn't work. They said it will take a week or two and my actual card is still working anyway. I believed it. The next week I left for Japan. Then the fucking nightmare happened.

I still couldn't activate the new card. Kept contacting the support and all they said was "hold on, we are checking it. might be a technical issue". I waited for days. Suddenly one of their geniuses had the idea to deactivate my actual working Payoneer card in order to check if I could activate the new card. Guess what happened? It ended up both cards are not working and they acted like morons. Luckily I still had another working credit card.

Do you think this has been a disaster so far? Then guess what? They said to me they will issue a new card to me. I asked them to send it to Japan. They said no. They said for security reasons they only send it to my registered address. Then I had to fly to Germany to get the card. Fucking ridiculous, isn't it?

As a guest (not logged in) both the live chat and support page is easily available from their home page. Live chat loads automatically with a sound effect, so you can't really miss it. And just like with any other site, which has support, the support link can be found at the bottom of the page, if you scroll all the way down.

If you're already logged in, you can find the same under "Help" at top right. Choose "Support Center - Home", select the appropriate category of your request and either create a ticket via the "Send Message" tab or switch to the "Live Chat" tab and talk to them or call them by selecting the number according to your country on the "Call Us" tab. If you want a prompt solution, live chat is best.

It's not exactly rocket science.

Name match,Swift code, restricted international transaction are most reason for failure ask the bank if they have swift code else you can use common swift code of the bank, mail them; some banks put international restriction visit inperson/call and tell them to remove all limits in acc and card

Looks good, but doesn't work. :) Try messaging or something with an issue. Even shittier for India. That contact page is hidden deep inside the info articles.

I can't recall having too many issues with their support and i have an account for 13+ years now. On the rare occasions, when i had an issue, it got solved via email in a timely manner. I remember only one longer back and forth via email. When i lost my patience, i decided to contact them via live chat. My issue was solved promptly on the spot, literally within a minute. It was a similar matter to yours, the USD VBA got disabled automatically, when the Payoneer account got linked to any of their adult partner companies and i needed them to re-enable it, which they did.

I showed above how to find the support link as a guest at the bottom of the home page, where you would usually expect it. This is where it's located, if you're logged in:

When you click on the "Support Center - Home" link under "Help" while logged in or on the "Customer Care/Contact Us" link at the bottom of the home page as a guest, you simply need to select the wide topic of your request and narrow it down until the "Contact Us" button appears, where you can either send a message via their ticket system or via live chat or call them, pictured in my previous post. This hard to miss, orange "Contact Us" button always appears. If you are unable locate it, you didn't narrow the topic down enough to get to the actual question. It's 3 levels total, a wide topic, a subtopic and an actual question.

Clear information can be found on these pages to provide guidance, so people don't contact their support staff unnecessarily, if they can find help there on their own. If that's what you call info articles, these pages are integral parts of the support system.

It's an intuitive, logical system. Not unusual either. It usually work similarly everywhere, especially on sites with big user-base. You can't just type any question and expect an answer. You need to go through a system and select the best possible question out of existing, pre-made ones, accordingly to your inquiry inside the appropriate topic. Certain parts of the support staff deals with certain topics only. That's how you can receive appropriate help and that's how the support doesn't turn into intense chaos.

If they don't seem to solve your issue, that's an entirely different question. That can happen anywhere.

Yes, I do get your point, it's just frustrating that they'll hide the contact page so deep and how they manage the tickets like I mentioned above. Assuming it's resolved unless you reply to the email.

Anyway I ended up contacting them via call. After an hour on the call, they have activated my account. Let's see if the payment comes correctly.

But thanks for taking the time to write all that.

This is something simple to solve.

This is the direct access link to the chat: https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/c/

Enter this link directly. Log into your account. Then paste the link back into your browser's URL bar. Voilá.

If you prefer Spanish, this is the link:
https://payoneer-es.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/id/2

payoneer still great for small business, they have license for transmitting payments for end user and business owner, DUE to AML policy they have lots of restriction like blocking suspicious transaction. before making any transaction read their TOS
also they provide https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/c/ email support and phone support, just login on to your account and click help menu you will find all details under the help menu

Great that it worked out after all. Having a word with someone over the phone or live chat usually helps.

I know people get different results with support, maybe I was just lucky.

I had about 140 USD there in Payoneer and suddenly the bank transfers were deactivated.
Support replied that the only thing I could do was to get a card.
So the usual survey arrived after the support ticket was closed, and i gave them 1 star and wrote I was not satisfied.

What happened next was that they actually called me on the phone and spoke for about 45 minutes, got all details and sent me the card. After I had activated the card I suddenly could use bank transfers again, so I never really used the card.

Maybe the clue to get a response is to give low marks on their survey after a ticket...
