These sons of b*****!
Payoneer gives you the facility to receive money in various currencies to virtual bank accounts which you can then transfer to your own account. Now, that's something great for people like me living outside of the US. This gives us a way to receive money for amazon affiliate commissions and similar things.
Now here's the problem.
God forbids, you get a problem somewhere along the way. This is how their support system work.
1. No directly visible link to a contact form.
2. You'll need to dig in categories and then subcategories of info articles where they have hidden that contact us button. (only a few info articles has this button so you'll need to look everywhere.)
3. After you've managed to found the contact page and submitted your humble request they'll automatically assume it's resolved from the very second you sent it to them. xD
4. Why they do this is because they have email you can info article again and you'll need to reply to that to tell these kind cu*** that no this didn't resolve my problem, please proceed to look into it.
Due to some error in my bank, the transfer from my Payoneer account to bank account got refunded back to Payoneer. They decided that to cancel my US receiving account and block all that balance I have received. Now, all I can do is wait.
Am I the only one facing this? Please let me know if you face something similar and what did you do?
Also, If anyone of you knows a better (or worse!) alternative for Indian people, I'd be pleased to know about it.
Thank you for your time!</rant>
