Payoneer Account w/ no bank account?

Hi.

Is it possible to create a Payoneer account without having to provide bank account information during the registration process?

If not, can you suggest other ways - maybe create a virtual bank account / other payment provider?

You can signup for airbnb and from there go to the payout methods tab and create your Payoneer acc from there they won't require your bank info.

You need to register from Payoneer partner, There is a lot but this is a list of some of them that I know:

Envato Market
Ionicware (Seoclerks)
Airbnb
Fiverr

and a lot just search on google

Guys, does anyone know to tell me , since when this bank requirement existed?
Did Payoneer requested bank details for personal account in 2019? Or is this something new?
