Some notes:
- Promote offer in which many people are interested. Example: Webhosting at a reasonable price
- Always get the maximum out. Example: GreenGeeks pays double provision for Web Designer with own Web Design Business. (100$, standard rate is 50$)
- Don't give up after the first try
