Payment processor - Offshore/High risk

Ok been reading previous threads, and perhaps it's not possible as there isn't a clear answer. Is there an offshore (outside us/western europe) processor that will take deb/credit card and i can cash from the uk, without paying massive charges (small online business). Or a money transfer method that will take card and instantly transfer it over to me (needs to be easy for buyer). not paypal or similiar as business is a little high risk and so want to protect from us authorities. Will be cashing in the UK.

I guess it's not just about being offshore, but trying to remain as private as possible, i.e. the vendor's name and details not being found easily by authorities.

What are you selling? If its that risky maybe its best to use a 3rd party high rate account. that way your name wont appear as the biller but who you are processing with

Bizguy could you please elaborate on this idea? It sounds very interesting for maintaining a large measure of financial privacy.
