I verified the ad placement and the account was spending normally, but suddenly the card was restricted and could no longer be used for payments.

Their algorithm flag certain BINs if they are from low trusted sources, like a prepaid card or virtual card. Reach out to them if that's not the case.

I am also experiencing this issue, my card keeps getting blocked, which is significantly affecting my advertising account.

A restricted card can happen for several reasons. Have you checked the notification or account status to see if Facebook mentioned the specific reason?

This might happen for many reasons, and if the issue happened in an ad platform, the fastest way to figure out what happened is by contact support. In the meanwhile there are many crypto card suppliers here in bhw sales thread, just get one of then untill everything's fixed, most of then have bins the work flawleslly with most ad platforms
