Cards are the best payment method for ads. If you don't want to pay visa fee, you can check out some other provider like Mastercard etc. They might charge less fee.

Visa is still the best choice. Fees depend on the bank you use. But it's also possible that high fees will help with payment errors

Currently, international payment cards are still the best. Regarding service issues, there seems to be no error. Smooth payment
 
We use VCC, It's easy to create and manage multiple cards at the same time

If you want advertising at a discount 10%-30%, there is such a way. I know, guys did this a few months ago with the Ukrainian Privatbank.
You open/buy an account like gobank, venmo, cashapp or look for that wallet with virtual cards that you can top-up at a discount on crypto exchanges like noones, paxful... That is, you need to find the option with a virtual card that is topped up with a discount with crypto. Not to much easy, but worked, be careful with bans.

I know that type of service but i see the fee of deposit is ~4%, if it's right, it's not helpful information bro
 
All payment methods have average fees, but the Visa payment method is currently the most convenient and feasible.
