Payment gateways for a dating site

Been trying to get a cc checkout for a dating site for a while now, and maybe a paysafecard processor.
Got denied by Adyen, myPOS, Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Airwallex, Pay.nl.
DaoPay demanded an exorbitant amount of crap like implementing an AI to detect illegal material on the platform.
So far I got Payeer, which wasn't demanding at all, just a simple verification, but sadly no longer accepts any CC payments now.
Which high risk provider would you recommend?
Would paypal business work? I've heard they require pre-approval for dating sites though. I've tried asking their support and never got any answers about this.
Any opinions about Payop or Paymentwall?

If you can live off of crypto alone, try nowpayments.io.
That's wallet to wallet and nobody can block your payments.

Opinions on Tap2Pay.me?
Someone suggested that one to me, but there are some red flags to it.
1) After signup they ask for $19 to activate the account
2)They are Russians, albeit incorporated in Poland
3)Some reviews say they terminated accounts and didn't release the money
Although they do seem to have an API, which seems too much of a bother for a scam made to take $19 at a time, keep their blog updated and seem to have spent some money on ad vids on youtube.
I.e this is confusing.
Also, people seem to confuse it with a legit scam that was paid2tap and now it doesn't make any sense which one the reviews are shitting on.

I don't know, I saw it used by an SMM panel

Found a great crypto api, nowpayments.io. Easy to integrate, wallet to wallet with some fees. No weird kyc like some coinbase merchant.
