Yes if you're using the main stream gateway directly like stripe they will get ban after few recorded transactions but if cloaking is used you're safe from bans and other issue

You are absolutely right because high-risk industry, Always get you to the dead end and you won't be able to do anything apart from getting frustrated.
Using a clocking with you account or get a high-risk payment gateway, and the best option is find someone who offer rental service for you niche.
