Payment gateway for monthly subscriptions (HK or DUBAI)

So I also need to move the subscriptions between one Gateway and another. The other site deals with the sale of products, once a product is purchased a monthly membership starts. I have sent requests to 20 Gateways but each has something that doesn't fit, I would like your help.
