Payment gateway for monthly subscriptions (HK or DUBAI)

Hello everyone, I need your help! I have to manage two e-commerce (either with HK company or with DUBAI LLC) a website dealing with forex signals (the subscription is to be part of the signal room) is currently on stripe that has blocked the account. So I also need to move the subscriptions between one Gateway and another. The other site deals with the sale of products, once a product is purchased a monthly membership starts. I have sent requests to 20 Gateways but each has something that doesn't fit, I would like your help.
