Payment gateway for IPTV service.

just setup a account with a service like fivver and user pay thu that ....

can be done with ebay , amazon, any of them....

get them to buy somethink of the value

WHMCS is OK to manage your payment -> portal integration, but if you have a credits panel TOO, it can get a bit hairy.

I have custom written panel software which can integrate payments and do credits panel at the same time.

I've integrated several payment gateways into it as of late:
- CashU
- CoinPayments
- Fortumo (SMS/Mobile)
- ICEPay
- Indacoin (May be defunct now..)
- Mobiyo
- Paxum (disabled)
- BitBuy (disabled)
- Payza
- QuickBT

Also planning to add a few more recently:
- TBA Local Payments Provider
- High Risk CC Merchant #1 (Multiple MID processing)
- High Risk CC Merchant #2 (Unique MID per client)

Point being, there's many ways to skin the IPTV cat.
 
Cryptocurrency is your choice, there are many there you can choose to suit your needs.

Use crypto and you will not have to declare taxes if you live in certain countries. Anyone using stripe/PayPal against terms of services they are saying they are selling something different from the actual product.
 
Because of the policies of stripe and paypal regarding services like IKS, Cardsharing & IPTV, I don't recommend their use in this industry. You can certainly "play the game" for a while. With upfront product displays & pricing, or using secondary product listings (i.e. hosting, etc).

Either way, the only certain future is a 180 day clearing hold, with a loss of processing, and eventual release of funds (at which point, you may not have a business in operation).

A proper relationship between vendor and acquirer is necessary to enable any business to scale.
