2checkout ask a lot of things does anyone know any other?
also if they have paypal option too

I wouldn't use them, if you don't want to find out one day your account is suspended, and they're claiming they returned the funds when in fact they've kept them...

is there any specify amount after which they do that and will do they same even if all payments are from paypal no card?

i need more information about your business, what kind of digital items? do you have at least 6 months transaction history? what's your monrhly volume and cb rate?

I don't recommend Paddle. They suspended my account when I reached $100 payout. Support said my item is against their TOS. They didn't complain until it was time to pay me.

sales will be via email marketing of digital products we launch new software and plugins like image editor, ppt etc
we offer full refund so chageback will be almost nill
i have transaction history in the paypal account but it mixed up since we have to change payment methods incase pp limit the account
