I apply on Skrills, 2checkout and Stripe they reject my website because they not allow sites "currency exchange".

So i want to add a payment gate in my website for a subscription.
My websites' competitors are using payment gateway, i don't know how they are using.
Please give me any idea how can i safely use any payment gateway, i want credit card payment method.
