hello,i want to withdraw some money from this website that pays via paypal, but he's asking for my paypal email plus the payee name. should i give them my real name or just a fake one. and can they check if the name i gave them is not the one associated with my paypal account?

When you send a payment through paypal it will say "Payment sent to *name*", so yes, they will know.

You should provide your original one, they will come to know that

It will always show who you made the payment to. When you receive a payment, it will always show who it is from. Only exception is business accounts...it will show the business name instead.
