a couple a days ago i saw tiny url shortener, rank for payday loans WTF i tried doing this with amazon ebook, tried to rank the url and i only got 7000k backlinks indexed in goolge in 3 days but i am nowhere in google organic list.

Sorry to slightly change discussion but why is it that everytime I check out a payday loan site ranking high, it never has an actual call to action button, or a cpa button for the user to click? Or am I missing something, what's all that about.
