I'll explain my situation a bit, one of my collegues got fired basicly because he opened his mouth about whats wrong with the functionning of the company, not even badly or whatever and with the purpose of solving all that.
And i was wondering what ideas would you guys have to make those basterds pay for being jerks !

You are probably thinking of doing damages to that company or workers, which is illegal and could result you being arrested or sued. So just go on with your life, there are many workplaces out there.

Establish your own company run things according to your own liking and then buy this company.
If you're planning to take any sort of revenge then it's not worth your time.

Discussing negative SEO is not allowed on this forum, but the best revenge is winning. If they're such a bad company, tell your "friend" to go work for the competitors and make them win. Another option is to start a company if it makes sense to them.
Or you can advise them to move on with their lives, find a company that values their opinions and thrive.

Do not waste your time trying to take revenge. It will not be worth it and you will end up getting sued, if they figure things out.
