are you sure you want a webcam software which you can pay per minute. AFAIK, there is nothing pay per minute for a webcam software. If you are asking for a webcams program, webcams.com, camscash.com and plenty more are there.
Most of the scripts I've ever seen for a cam site weren't any good. They all looked cookie cutter and crappy. Your best bet is to take the time and program it yourself if you know how.
Obviously he doesn't know how? And doesn't want to spend weeks doing it? Anyways. I have one, but I can't think of the name right now. It was one of the original ones years ago, I'm sure there are dozens if not hundreds out there now.
