Does anyone know any ppc platforms which would allow advertising of CBD products?

Very difficult.

I would suggest looking into Instagram organic to promote CBD. One of my clients is doing $X,XXX per month sales just through this

What more ways apart from PPC?

I know PPC is out of the equation as without cloaker not possible but still what other ways do you think?

Unfortunately I've got some paying clients in this industry so I can't disclose it for free. However, we all know about SEO and finding forums, influencers, so forth.

Make sure it’s good first, the reason why Vape Shops & Google stay away CBD is that company’s are cutting corners using synthetic CBD.
You'll have to target the problems that CBD is good for and stay away from Google. As long as it's not mentioned in your AD you should be ok.
Punch a site that's Advertising CBD products on Bing into Spyfu and see what ADs & Keywords they are using. Take those keywords over to google and get more ideas.
Consider jumped on Katrom Too when you find your solution before they outlaw it.
 
Hello I am interested in anyone that can offer CBD marketing... I have large budget and would love to build a lucrative partnership if anyone can assist in successful cloaking (facebook / insta) and or advertising via google.
 
Took a while to figure it out, pretty much the market is lucrative and anyone who does have a strategy that works it would be very hard to give it up
 
In 2017 I was doing work with CPA using Hoogle adwords. And I was make 600$ within 24 hour Using Google adwords 350$ threshold accounts. I was run CBP hemp Oil and Google was allowed it for 5 hour one keyword and I was used only 3 accounts make 600$ amount. Using NOIP fraud clocker. After that I run many time another CBP offer with same keyword and make Good revenue. My suggest is that if You want to Google ads in option so dont use personal business Account. Use only threshold account and smash it

You can get articles on CBD media publications and blogs.
I know an agency which has expertise in CBD campaign. Ask below if interested.
 
I'm looking to promote Hemp on Adwords but they are considering it an "illegal substance". Anyone know of any workarounds?
