I would be selling them to others if I were in your shoes.
I used to generate local leads and sold them in prepaid batches of 5 (it might have been 10 as it was a while back and I forget).
Landscaping leads were selling for 25.00 16/18 years ago when I did that.

Yeah that’s actually a solid idea if you’re already getting calls and form leads you can definitely monetize them with a pay-per-call model. You just need to pick the right niche and buyers.
