Pay Per Call JV [Web Designer]

I am looking for someone how can build landing pages according to my requirements for Pay Per Call campaigns. All advertising cost to promote offers via Adwords/Bing will me mine. I will also provide Hosting and domain. You just need to need quality lander for me. I like to be straight forward
profits will 60-40.
