They are not high PR5 to PR 9. They are worthless PR n/a links. They conned people into believing that the PR of the domain has anything to do with their link value. It's all BS. Unless there is a direct link path from the homepage where the PR is to the page where your link appears, it is useless. In the case of the garbage they sell, if you can find a link path, it is usually a good 6-8 clicks deep.
What they sell is all a big scam.
If you want to use profile links, screw their little 20-30 monthly link packets (or whatever they sell these days). Go buy GSA and go big with it. You can create thousands of the same kind of links instead.

I don?t think you?ll get penalized for profile links on these sites, but as SEOpub already mentioned, you won?t get a lot of link juice, if any at all?
And you do not have a link on a single one of those PAGES you posted.
It is PAGErank not DOMAINrank.

Agreed completely, anything that is touting PR is pretty much a waste of money now. Depending on your setup/budget. There is still nothing like building a pbn with good drops and blocking all crawlers but search engines.

The value of the profile links from the sites you posted is zero, nada, zilch. Yes, depending on the anchor texts used and the percentage of these links in your overall backlink profile, papare to have fun with Google's Penguin.
The best thing you can do is put them all in a disavow file and stop wasting money on Fiverr "SEO" aka self-sabotage.
