Haha NO WAY man! But I've seen that some time ago.. I suspect it's likely been packaged up and sold on WaFo too as a WSO by some clueless idiot scraping for pennies.

These bottom feeders that can't make a dime are everywhere, especially on these forums. They see something working or gaining a lot of interest.. they have no imagination or creativity themselves so they end copying or completely ripping it. I've got used to it by now!

Ranking parasites 100% still works.. people are doing it every day in ORM and their own marketing campaigns. I still have a hand full ranking months after I first created them. Have not had time to build, test and rank any new ones lately though.. been busy concentrating on my sites and services.

But yes parasite ranking is still very much working!

I followed this strategy on an academia.edu parasite and it was page 3 almost after a few days, then i smashed the shit out of it for a week and it completely dissapeared from the search.

Do you think it will take a huge bounce up or a gonner?

I have a question: do you know a way to index 1-10k parasites per day?
I tried a lot of indexing services but they don't work as good as before, same as pinging.

My biggest problem seems to be indexing. What do you guys (including you Tommy) do? I also build tiers but it doesn't help much. Indexing services also have been in exile since the quality update this past June.

I would give it some time, they tend to bounce back much higher than before!

In terms of indexing the actual parasites it really shouldn't be that hard if you're using solid sites to leech off.. which you should be anyway as that's the whole point. I always found pages on these sites will index quickly due to the authority the sites hold.

In terms of indexing the links you're building to the parasites then my advice there would be not to get too hung up on it. When blasting in the 1000s with lower quality spam links it's not unusual for 3rd party link trackers to pass them over... giving you the impression Google isn't seeing them.

This is wrong though.. always remember these are 3rd party trackers they don't actually have anything to do with the Google's indexing side of things. The main thing here is that Google crawls your links.. which you can bet is happening. Google isn't much help either WMT never gives even a 10th of the picture, the fact is Google doesn't want you to be looking at or concentrating on your incoming links.. so they're not going to help you do it.

Think of it this way though.. when a news story goes naturally viral as in 1000s of links per hour do you think Google is indexing all those right away? They're not.. but they are crawling them and recognizing that it's viral content.

Well, yes I am talking about the links we are creating. Essentially, if Google is not being able to find or see your links, it is as good as not having them. I've actually ran URLs on Google of my past sites today to see how much "backlinks" shows up with my URL and even though there were hundreds of thousands of backlinks created in SER, there were just less than 100 showing up on Google which is pretty depressing.

I think this is the number one reason why people are complaining these days that they are not able to rank. Because most of them aren't even able to get 1% of their links indexed in Google, so essentially they are like they never existed.

Yeah to be fair even back when I first wrote this thread these sorts of links where hard to index. I remember us discussing it before on the first few pages. The important part was always that the links are getting crawled.. indexing them is/was always much harder.

Most of the time only a small percentage of my campaigns links would appear "indexed" but the properties would still be gaining rankings due to the sheer scale of links coming in being "crawled" giving Google the impression the info on the property was going viral. As time goes on more would then index though. My theory is that lower quality links they simply don't index them, it's just wasting resources on their end.. but they still use the data they gather from crawling them as a ranking factor.

Hey Ollie.. Yeah amazon is great as a parasite but not in the way I laid out in the OP where you link out to another site. Amazon is great as a parasite if you have your products on amazon or you're promoting amazon products. So you're actually ranking to sell whats on the amazon page not push them somewhere else.

I have a ton of fresh content (about 200,000 words in article and Q&A format) in the muscle building/nutrition/fitness niche that I wrote years ago for a site I wanted to put up, but got a big opportunity elsewhere and never used it. I've formatted around 1/4th of that to start a long term authority site, and wanted to use the remainder for exactly what you're describing here- fresh content on a parasite, rank it fast, and link to affiliate products.

My questions would be:

1. In your opinion, what would be the best parasite to put the content on these days?

2. Is a Strikingly subdomain considered a parasite? Or a a regular Blogger blog? I put up a few pages of content on each a few weeks back to age. On blogger I put a 1500 word article up with no links yet. Strikingly I put a beautiful salespage and 3 pages of 1000 content each with a link to two Clickbank products. (My plan is to blast it with links like your Speedrank type packages)

3. I'd like to capture emails on the site. I use Aweber as my autoresponder service for several other decent sized websites I already have up for years. If I bang out a shit ton of links at a parasite with my Aweber account on it, would go0gle have a footprint back to my Aweber account and would that effect my other sites?

Hey man, personally I'd save that content for my authority site and write something simple for these. I'll try to answer those questions..

1. I've always had success with forums on authority sites.. some of these sites forums are barely used as they're often hard to find on the main site or they don't promote them for what ever reason. Finding the good ones that haven't already been raped is another thing. Check out SerpWoo it has a number of features that will help you find parasites that are currently being used a lot. I've talked about this in the thread before in the first couple of pages.

2. Blogger and WP have been considered parasites in the past, but they're way over used now. They're not as effective as they once where in terms of using them for this sort of campaign. They where past that point when I wrote this thread even.

3. Fuck who knows man.. not I anyway. Nothing would surprise me with Google and what they're capable of doing though. Whether they would care enough to do that with you? Probably safe enough.

4. Well anything and everything.. from clickbank to cpa offers and any product in-between.There isn't really anything you couldn't use in terms of monetizing them.
