Parasites PWN! - Leeching From Authority Sites = $$$$

I have been doing the same hitting parasites hard but i never added some secret sauce like speed rank or spam nation but have added few sape but that doesn't seems to work for all niches.But you did put it well on this post,thanks

Does anyone have experience of using tumblr as the parasite host? Traffic is great on tumblr but it occurs to me that I don't very often see tumblr posts high up in serps.

Yes you are right. Research on close related niches that have parasites ranking on 1st page. It will be better if there are utube video or subdomains ranking on 1st page.
You can spend some money on buying backlinks from some authority sites subdomains that having authors contribute articles.....
Now the penguin saga is going on, I have increase building parasites instead, and I can see not much affecting all my parasites since their DA/PA over 90, which I believe is the reason.
 
Im trying this idea.

1. Set my domain 301 to a high ranking wiki site
2. Google Short Url the 301 Domain (using this as you can add https:// )
3. The moderators only see the wiki landing page.
4. After 2 weeks change the 301 to your offer and you google url goes to the new url

It sounds so obvious when stated like that :)

I've written another parasite page, and this time I'll see if there are any other parasites ranking high, and if there are I'll just use the same platform they did!

Experimenting is fun!
 
Great share. Never thought of using Topix, ranking parasites is and always will be a great way of banking, I've had great success churning and burning yahoo parasites over the last couple of years.
 
Awesome post and makes me want to try one property just to test.

My twist would be to find about 10 x KWs that have about 2,000 searches a month. So build 10 x Parasites but then monetise with Amazon.

What about if you use adsense + CPA in your main domain and always send the traffic from the parasite url to it?

Would it be ok with Google terms?

Just saw that from the 6 parasites i made, 1 is on rank 1 for the desired keyword. Another parasite page is in the top 5 and the other 4 are bouncing arround place 50-150. This was just with ppd niches and the results where already pretty good so i am now gonna do this with amazon aff or clickbank. For the record i was using on page optimized facebook pages to as my parasites and i bought atleast 2500 likes to them.

Do you directly put aff links to your fb page or you have a site in between?

Is this model tanked now after the recent update? I know a facebook page I had on page 2 of google for quite a while has vanished.

No definitely not, if anything it has gotten better since the update as Google appears to be giving a lot of weight to big brands and established sites...

One question for you guys -- I want to try this but targetting the UK market. Anyone know of any UK web 2.0 sites I can create a parasite on? Blog.co.uk wont let me register for some reason...
 
If you use a 301 to funnel the backlinks to be able to redirect them all if the site gets penalized, won't the 301 itself get hurt?
 
Would Redflagdeals.com be a suitable Parasite, or is that only good for Canadians? I'm not really sure if this site appears a lot the search results for US Google.
 
How do you set up GSA? I've set campaigns up the same way as usual (low OBL, no bad words, minimum pr0, English engines only) but when building links to parasites are all bets off? Should I remove as many impediments to link building as possible?


what are folks doing for keywords? I usually scrape up at least 100 keywords but am wondering if I should be using more or less for parasites.
 
New to the seo side of IM so sorry if its a stupid question but can you do these tier 1 links by using scrapebox? Scrapebox is for blog commenting if I remember correctly?
