Recently I started my first churn and burn project in over a year, and as luck would have it, the server hosting the project crashed and the files got corrupted. Seeing as I didn't have a back-up and the support at Arvixe couldn't do anything about it, I've decided to add a twist to my project. I've been eyeing a certain obscure web 2.0 domain for a while with really good on-site metrics, and I've figured this is as good of a time as any to test the platform out as a parasite. So I made an account on the site, copied my landing pages over, and redirected the domain to it, along with hundreds of thousands of links pointing at my churn and burn domain.
I'll be tracking my expenditures and net profit along with the rankings for this project
Keywords
KW 1: 90500 m/s
KW 2: 135000 m/s
KW 3: 14800 m/s
KW 4: 74000 m/s
Rankings are nowhere to be seen, as I only did this today
Planned Tools
Ahrefs
Serpbook
GSA SER + CB + Recaptcha
Catch-all cPanel emails
Instantlinkindexer
SSD Windows VPS
50 semi-private proxies
WAC
(In case a push is needed)
Speedrank
Link Structure
Parasite <- Original Money Site <- PR 2 Domain from PBN <- 1 bit.ly and 1 tinyURL + Unfiltered spam <- Unfiltered spam to the shorteners (10% main anchor 40% LSI)
Links in Ahrefs 29k on the bit.ly, 27k on the tinyURL, 61000 links directly at the PR2 domain
~75% of the links are d0follow
I use all d0follow platforms that are indexable, pass link juice, and don't use pages (no exploits, url shorteners, etc). Contextual links use Main keyword/LSI anchors and noncontextual links are sent with generics or raw URL anchors.
Total spent on project: $9.99 domain + $40 worth of mass blog posts = $49.99
Net profit: -$49.99
I'm going to wait a week or two to see if the parasite pops up in the top 300 for my keywords. If so, I'll drip blast the parasite directly with some nice, high authority SAPE links
