Parasite or Web 2.0?

I am planning to use either web 2.0 or parasite pages as backlinks to my money site and then build many links to those with GSA Ser, my question is which one is safer to use?, becuase i know some free blog sites can get deleted from sending a lot of backlinks.
it would also help if you guys could name the ones you used that worked good for you.

Use both.

Sure, some may get deleted but that is the nature of the beast in that aspect of our industry but you want to use both of those kinds of links.
