Panda Update Rolled Out!

I'm wondering, why my client's website are not affected by these updates. The site is EMD, no landing page, only one keyword to promote, only the home page to optimize (the inner page has zero backlinks) yet it is still ranking #4 on the first page of Google for almost a year.
 
some of my keywords are up and some are down...nothing significant to report...
 
Just a bit of a G-dance on my rankings, but nothing significant to report here either yet..
 
Still I am OK. Don't know about the future ;)
Do you guys know the reasons of the penalty?

They are just making so many updates, just don't spam a specific method and you should be alright
 
I just went from nonexistent to page #1 for 22k exact match keyword. 1 backlink from tumblr. 10 pages of content and good onsite SEO. I have a ton of adsense ads on my site. I just created a campaign in senuke that I was about to roll out today. I'm totally lost now man.

Two of my sites went down by 30-70 spots from page 1. Others are doing fine

Anyone who got affected would like to share notes? Please PM me.
 
any body tel me how i quit from panda i mean what i need to do ?
