Is that the same Lionbridge that does translations and localizations, Lionbridge Technology?

So if I follow the logic in the thread the question is are the human reviewers checking on the Panda algorithm or was Panda trying to emulate the human site reviewers? The question really is how long ago did Google engage these reviewers or is it ongoing?

Its still ongoing. I applied to be one of the site raters, but then I saw the pay and read some stories from people who worked for lionsbrigde and decided not to do it.
