Show us your page that was unpublished by fb and republished by him as a proof.
And if i'm not mistaken which i'm definitely not selling out BST in now allowed here If you're doing if for free post it in freebie/giveaway section.

I guess for now, here is some proof. I do it by emailing Facebook. They usually take a week to respond to these requests. When i'm republishing facebook pages I like to do them in waves.
