Page builder that outputs standalone html and css webpages in 2021

Yes, Live Canvas seems to output HTML and CSS which don't seem to have a dependency on WordPress. So you can basically use WordPress to create the webpages and then get the standalone webpage output.
It seems to be a nifty tool if you are a WordPress developer.
I'm not sure about webflow though. Does it output independent HTML and CSS i.e. independent webpages?
I know with Webflow you can create high-quality websites.

Ok so we got mobirise, pinegrow, brizycloud, live canvas. Which of these includes the functionality of the contact form and autoresponder/autoresponder integration?

Webflow supports exporting the output to your own server however when doing so you can't use their form submit integration. I've never used webflow outside of their free tier only as a sandbox to play in.

For static sites that need to handle form submits you can have a look at Formspree. Other autoresponders provide their own integrations you would use for you contact form.

People often mistakenly label it as a page builder but is actually a THEME builder.

Once you install it on your WordPress installation it will deactivate any theme you have there so you´re pretty much building a theme from scratch.

I had high hopes for Oxygen as it came recommended by many BHW members, until I saw it is a WordPress theme. Ewww... :eek: I see they support code exports, but how bloated is that code, considering where it came from?

Webflow Lite Account plan also seems like something worth trying at least.

I am looking for ways to create small websites faster than manually putting it all together every time. Previewing my changes takes the bulk of my time. But I don't want the dumbed down versions that are aimed at non-developers that don't care how much code bloat the exports create. Right now another site builder that came recommended on BHW and is in the lead too get tested first is bootstrapstudio.io. Any other suggestions? An added bonus would be if the builder supported exporting websites in react or angular but that is not a requirement because most of my pages are completely static. I am not looking for total drag-and-drop builder but a visually supported classical web-design where the added GUI doesn't take away form customizability.

As @Roger Marquez said, Oxygen is more of a theme builder than a page builder. The code output is as bloated as you make the site meaning it doesn't add extra divs because it uses flexboxes whereas something like Elementor, even Bootstrap for that matter, you have to create sections, then rows, then columns, then you content.

LiveCanvas is another builder you can try. It's a WordPress plugin but it does allow you to export the website and use it as a standalone HTML static site.
