I have the same experience with them. They claim to have some millions of unique IPs however there are not more than like 300-500 USA IPs at a time. Obviously they are all abused for most things especially Instagram.

Yeah, I did run a script that checked the ip on around 10k requests and only 300-500 USA IPs were unique depending on the daytime. Other geos are much smaller. I also contacted the them, the guy on Bhw told me to contact their email support and they never replied. I still have around 45$ in my account from my initial 50$ since I can't really use them.
