Overnight Drop in Rankings

Another update : One of my micro niche sites dropped from page 2 to nowhere.

I've had some of my big keywords drop from first page to 3rd or 4th page. But whats weird is that those keywords in the serps are now pointing to my homepage rather than the inner pages. At first I figured it was an algorithm penalty, but those same inner pages are still ranking highly for many long strings.

Other than a few PBN links that were paid for back when the site was brand new (all of which have now been deleted), my backlink profile is clean and natural. No SAPE at all. No drop in traffic either.
 
I have actually got manual actions, if u actually click on it where it says manual actions u will see it, it doesn't have a notification unless u click on it.
 
my website hit by that to , all keywords also branded name keywords hit by google and if you click on manual action , you can see it .

what should we do about that ? would it be possible to rank again with 301 redirect ?

i used one of a good service from here :( please help anyone

Having the some problem as some of you above. Keywords were top 3 some #1 all dropped back to page 5-6 last night. No penalty in GWT but it does suck not sure what to do now.

I think its best to just forget about it and move on to something else
 
A couple of my websites have also been hit, I have checked manual actions and have a site wide message stating "Unnatural links to your site"

Trying to find out what links caused this, will post back with an update soon!
This is a sad day for many people! :(

Did they have SAPE?
 
I am always in Google dance, sometimes its in 1 page, sometimes it's in 2-3 page. Its only happening for my 1site. Don't understand what's going on it.
 
Just received the manual review message.

Really beginning to think this is SAPE related and nothing else.
 
Recently I see many sites which was ranking in #10 number dropped to 30+ who was ranking due to PBN ;)

I think now google created a some anti-pbn to fight with cheaters.
 
Looks like google hit SAPE, most of you guys mentioned using SAPE.

Damn that sucks, just gotta keep the ball rolling.
 
Me too. One of my site got hit this morning. And part of my links are sape links. Not sure if it's a manual penalty. Have yet to check it on google webmaster.

Feels like someone stabbed me in the heart with a very sharp knife. lol
 
Out of 8 that got slapped I've got 2 keywords back to top and will probably get all of them back by the end of the month.
