I have site with a good ranking for some keyword, before google update.

But after ggogle updates affected my site, i have lost a ton of keyword and right now it's very hard for get them back.

My onpage actually it's already good and link building it's never stop untill now.

I think my site is over-optimized, are you guys have a tips or trick for make my keyword back ?

FYI: The site is not penalized by google.

With that information is completely impossible to know the situation of your site. What do you mean with "overoptimized".
If you don't know how to evaluate your site I recommend you to use SEOquake chrome extension (specially to evaluate keyword density) or purchase any of the onsite checkers like SERPstat or Ryte (there are zillions).

I mean over optimized it's on link building

Are you sure about link density ? Because i never hear a certainly of keyword density, i think keyword density is just for against spam keyword.

Yes i have using onpage checker and not have problem with my site, that's why i thinking about link building over optimized. But i not have received any message on google search console.

That is a major factor, maybe you shall check the spamminess of your links and disavow the worst.
You won't be receiving any messages from GSC when your authority drops. You will just drop, but still be there. Obviously Google don't want to make clear which kind of linking profile affects more negatively on ranking purposes... otherwise, some people may build massive sandboxes just to test and learn.
