The Penguin form is only if you think your site is part of collateral damage due to the new algo. It's not going to do anything for you if you've been building links that Google deems spammy. I doubt that the form was the reason you came back.
 
Lots of sites have started coming back. Ones I have built links for since penguin and ones I haven't touched since penguin. I am thinking it us just a partial roll back by google, is all. They won't admit it but that is what it is looking like. So if you have come that is lucky if you haven't your not as lucky.

Have you done any link removals over the past few weeks man? Or changed anything?
 
So as it seems that Google now prefers Link Diversity, do we think that Scrapebox blasts will work, if you use a quite a lot of different anchor text?
 
Those are still crap links from SB. Prolly fix one thing and break another. My advice would be to avoid that as well.

One would think that if you SB blast smaller sites, blogs, that in turn link to your main money site, it could stand the best chance of working.

It was just a general complaint about being dropped for all the good keywords I was in there for. But then I added that I will not run any more Adwords campaigns because I can't in good conscious give money to a company that shows preferential treatment to major companies over small businesses. I doubt that it made any difference, but at least I felt better saying it.
 
i tried sb blast tw.o weeks ago for anchor diversity and it only buried my site deeper
 
I don't understand what is happening, but I'm moving up for excellent keywords. I am not doing SEO. I'm just going about my business updating the site like I normally would. Maybe the new method is to not do anything at all. LOL

When you say updating, are you adding new content or editing existing content? or both?

Do you have an authority site? If so, about how many pages? If not authority site, on what kind of site are you seeing these results?

If you have an authority site with lots of pages, do you do a bunch of interlinking between the pages?

It's a store. I am adding new content (more stock). I have about 200 pages right now. One thing I did do that I didn't mention because I didn't think it made any difference was to take all the articles off my site. The more I think about it the more I wonder if that is what did it. Because those are the words that I am coming back up higher for right now. The articles are still up there at article sites but they are no longer on my site. Do you think that made a difference?

so you had articles on your site and you had previously put those same articles on article sites to create backlinks to your site?
 
I guess it is the partial reason, you decreased your page duplicate content, at the same time, i guess you also decreased your keyword density. Keep doing , not doing any so called SEO technique this moment. As things not clear, maybe your effort is trying to ruin your rank.

I think the keyword density stuff is not working, Before penguin My site was on #1 in SERPS with a keyword density of 3% and post penguin my site went down to 10 th page and eventually 15 th and i fianlly decide to decrease the keyword density and bring it down to 1.8% and now after the update the site is no where to be seen when i check the SERPS checking tool it is showing in some 30th page or so really I am confused .

I did fiverr gigs (crorkservice on fiverr/alman on this site) which shot me up in the serps for the best keywords in my niche. Right after I did those gigs, I put those same articles on my site. When penguin happened, I went poof in the serps for the best keywords. I still think I got a manual review. I think that I took all the articles off my site the same day that I filled out the penguin form. I went back in the serps for those same keywords. It wasn't great, but at least I was back in. But now I am going higher. Really higher.

I'm afraid to do any SEO techniques now because I don't want to ruin this comeback. I will just update the site like usual and leave the SEO alone for a while.
