Heres my deal and what im doing.. [site hasnt died at all]

I have an ecommerce site, have a small amount of major web 2.0 profiles. A good squidoo article, a blogger blog all directed at the money site. The money site just pulled in record number of revenue. Around 40,000. Now keep in mind Iam in a major small niche with a higher dollar product. Have real youtube videos, twitter profile, facebook etc. No spun articles, all hand written. Blog included in the site and of course the ecommerce link to my store. Very dynamic keywords, anything you can name my product ive built a page for it on site and off site, doing pretty much basic keyword anchoring to the site in the site off the site etc.

I havent even noticed one flinch. In fact its as if this isnt happening to me at all on this site. Slowly and very slowly moving up. Im using nohandsseo directly and indirectly, scrape box on the web 2.0's and sick submitter for profiles and such directly to the site. All variety of keywords sometimes scrapboxing the entire site index directly. All scraping on my own in my keyword niches and some manual commenting and profile creation on high high ranking sites.

Basically do a search in google, whatever pulls up on the first page thats similiar to my product i go in and comment. Also started using linklicious.

I also use adwords on this site....that would be interesting to see if this is also something that will make google ease up on dropping you....

My other sites ive really not done much but nohandsseo, some profiles but like very minimal twitter, facebook and others. Its a forum, im not sure when and how but its certainly lost some power and dropped quite a bit on keywords it was doing ok with. Site is pretty dead for a forum. I have great articles in it which are all original and very well written. The competition of the site is huge, its probably one of the largest niches to go after...but oh well. I dont push hard...just nice and slow.

Hope this all helps, Im no guru but my main lifeblood was unharmed and I pretty much knew it would be. I also just recently bought some fiverr gigs with some angela links, link wheels , pyramids and wiki links. Didnt do anything good or bad....hopefully I stay where im at or im screwed.

Im wondering if I got the manual review and since I appear to be such a real deal company selling a real product thats original that they allowed me to do whatever.....but thats my story. Really sucks to see you guys loose so much. Pretty terrible, but I know we will figure it out and help each other and thats what this site is all about.

Weither white hat or good ideas. This site has been invaluable to me and an inspiration as always.

Regards and thank you. Hope this meager info helps you. Keep on pushing!

So let me get this strait. You got yourself to supposedly making all this money. And no you got zero and you gave up?

Is there something I am missing here? You must have done something to get up to making that much. If your giving up after making that much money, you are either a really huge pussy or your just a huge pussy.

You forgot the other option, that hes a fucking liar! :D

If someone is making that kind of bank you better believe they worked their ass off to get it and their 'habits of success' wouldnt suddenly be put off by a minor bump in the road.

Is this update really over?
I am seeing all crap results. Search for pay day loans and an art site is on first page.

MC gave some examples on goog webmaster blog for non-relevant backlinks and I still see sites ranking with no-hands seo. Search for one minute commissions. The first page result shows a site with x.org in the end which is getting most of the backlinks from non-relevant spammy blog posts.
The same guy is ranking for the keyword Website Automation Wizard with a similar domain. Ref:http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ow-matt-cutts-make-us-fool-slap-his-face.html

I think the Goog algo is less intelligent than we think. The monkeys just filtered links from some obvious blog networks and article directories etc.

If he was really making this kind of cash I'm sure he has some other businesses/investments that do not rely on SEO and could laugh at all of us.

I have 3 different sites all under the same umbrella, different niches, same server, no affiliate products, good content, mix of good and shitty links. Typically I am posting spun content (occasionally unique) to article directories and building links back to those with spun UAW articles. Also nuking each site about once every week or two with varying patterns. I research my competitors with Spyglass to find some of their valuable backlinks and use scrapebox ONLY for finding more high PR pages to MANUALLY comment on. I also use several of the services at HKSEO and only bookmark uber conservatively. Fiverr gigs are targeted and usually only used for directory submissions. All articles that I have written are of VERY high quality and were being posted to my sites, then spun and distributed.

Out of all 3 sites and close to 200 KWs total, the biggest drop I have seen is a drop of 10 to #34. That same site that had the drop of 10 spots was blasted with UAW articles direct over the last 2 weeks. This is not to say that all 3 are going to stay here, I just wanted to share what I am doing, what is happening and why I think I am not dropping....at least not yet.

One technique that seems to be working for me over the last few weeks is a form of insulation. When I am doing article directories, UAW posts, Nukes I am ALWAYS including links to one or two other authority sites for either keywords I am trying not to rank for or with the URL as the anchor. For example if your niche is student loans, maybe you want to link to a FASFA site or some other government site along with your link. If you sell used cars, maybe you want to link to Ford. In mind by doing this is makes the links look like someone is actually interested in providing information on multiple related sources and not just sharing one link.

Call me crazy but i think that actually providing some other information and links in any information that you disseminate (no matter the channel) can associate you with industry authorities and also move you up in the rankings and possibly even make you look like a resource to captain G-rumpy.

My personal lack of drop may be attributed to not being a affiliate site and it may be as simple as that, but I just wanted to share what I am seeing as I have gotten so much good information off of this forum in the past. Hope it helps and please keep sharing.

now i think it is hard to do keyword analysis as the first page is filled with either ecomm site like amazon ebay etc or crappy site . with keyword analysis we will not get the real picture

I think the key factor is that you use paying for adwords.

What has happened with other sites, you didn't used adwords on so far?

What I wanna know is how da fuck you make $150k / month on SEO. Those are top paid traffic numbers, holy shit.

If I had made that much for a couple years I wouldn't deal with G's bullshit anymore.

If i was making $150k per month on SEO I would keep dealing with G's bullshit until i cant breathe

one of my sites: :p

lolers.png

I will continue creating content as I normally do, and will stop linkbuilding for a while

oh lord, this isnt going to end well, we strive for "webspam" as they put it..

if you look at http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ANp9064LZis/T5bafEIVu5I/AAAAAAAAAOU/ALrAZP-6AdM/s1600/keyword-stuffing.png it seems like no hands SEO is a dead program now

Definitely not as you will see below.

If you scroll down to the example of keyword stuffing, they show No hands Seo. Can you say target!

As you stated this is an example of keyword stuffing, it is not a list of apps that have been targeted by any means.

haha yeah! wonder what no hands SEO pr will be after the update

PR2 as it was prior to the update, traffic is also wholy unaffected:
NHSEO Website traffic stats

Just a heads up: every site I blasted directly with No Hands SEO was severely affected or kicked out of the index completely, and it seems to be in proportion to the percentage of those links that were from that program.

The ones whose links profiles were from web2.0/articles/SBM/profiles seem to be OK.

...
On a side note I have used NoHandsSEO and GSA Search Engine Ranker and haven't noticed any keywords dropping due to their use in fact I have a page that is sitting in the top 4 of 53,500,000 results competition with little fluctuations and I have only used NoHandsSEO. Before you blame any software make sure that your drop in search engine rankings isn't due to your particular keyword density and how tightly you have focused on your anchor text for your fallen keyword. Please report if you have noticed things along these lines.

Don't panic, all will be fine and all is recoverable. Cheers.

I've done similar linking on a bunch of sites (blog network supported by No Hands SEO & BMD). Out of 6 sites that I've finished rank reports, 5 went up, 1 went down. The 1 that went down has a plugin that turns search phrases into tags. Results in 30 or more tags, most have only the one post. All the tags were indexed & I think that may have been the cause of the drop.

Fixed it & hopefully that causes my rankings to come back. Time will tell.
(For full disclosure where there is a ... in the quotes above I have removed unrelated text as the post was too large otherwise)

These are just some users that have not seen any extreme drop in rankings, I have spoken with plenty in the same boat that have been using NHSEO without any sort of penalty from this update.

I am not saying that by using NHSEO you are immune from the drops as obviously some users have seen drops but lots of users that haven't used NHSEO have seen large drops.

What this all tells me (the fact that none of my test domains or money sites have dropped after using NHSEO and that plenty of other users are seeing the same) is that the common factor is not NHSEO. The blog post from Matt Cutts also states that the focus is on keyword stuffing and auto generated or spun content which is inline with what people are saying.

Just to show that I am not blowing smoke about my own domains either I have posted some links below of my website stats as of yesterday:
NHSEO website traffic stats is linked above in this post
Another one of my money sites that has had lots of NHSEO treatment since I released NHSEO last July
Website stats for a whole servers worth of around 20 domains

I think anyone who was making money (no matter how much or how little it was) and is now taking a hit knows how Goad is feeling. Although I might have been making half of what Goad was doing per month, and now it's crashed somewhat, you do question your ability. For a couple of days last week, I did think about throwing in the towel. But like others here, I've dusted myself and got back on the job. There's money to be made.

For those wondering and calling me pussy.lol. I was smart and invested my money, lived a frugal life. No flash. I live oceanfront newport beach, rental properties, and condo in mammoth, no mortgages. so ya I'm done. why stress? again good luck to you all. Im going surfing.

Hi. Thanks for that. What you are referring to is called " co-citation ". Good to know it has helped you. I will try something like that down the road.

Wow, after reading this mammoth thread, I was illuminated with a brilliant idea that could end this frustration once and for all.

After everyone gets this worked out, and I'm sure we will, we should all invest 15% of our earnings in Google stock. The next animal named algo change will obviously prompt all of us to immediately sell our stock without prejudice.

This is our voice, and it lets face it, a sharp sell-off will have a domino effect.

Of course this won't close the doors on Google by far, but it will be talked about on all the cable news networks, and add the wonderful word "consequences" to the algo team at Google.

Just a thought.....what do you guys think? There are a lot of us.....

We could barely get us to like a page on facebook, let alone buy stocks. But nice idea.

Update. Checked my stats and some of the keywords I ordered fiverr work done on worked like a charm. I had some lingering keywords I couldnt get up and well, I shot up about 7-10 spots to #1. So again my site im doing old tricks and still winning. The question is what exactly is it that got some caught and some didnt. Im not doing anything special. Other than paid for adwords and no spun content and nothing super high. Overall in alexa these sites have maybe 500 links linking in....

nohandseo says about 2,000 for my money site and around 1,000 for the web 2.0's. Im starting to heavily follow top dogs and see where there top links are coming from in alexa and im targeting those sites for my own and then linklicious them to get indexed.

Also right now I rank about 18 keywords for #1 and 34 keywords are top 10 -- aka first page or better. I get around 400 uniques per day. Nothing huge but enough to generate decent revenue.
