Depends on huge different factors. How many active users are they? If they pretty acrive, targetted and from USA ask about 50$ per post

1 million fake users? Won't even touch it with a long rod! But for real likes, now that's a well of goldmine 50-70 doughs per.

If they're all real and in a basic random niche = $50-60
If they're highly targeted and can be convinced into buying a specific product, then they could be worth a ton. For example, on one of my FB pages that has 12000 real followers for a particular niche, I posted an affiliate link of mine and had earned $250 by the next morning.

You could rent it out per day and charge 150 to 300 per day.thats what i do right now. its much better than per status.
In the start to need to get a trust of buyer, To gain trust you need to provide cheap wall posting, if your cleints, get what they spend on advertsing on your fanpage they will comeback with more orders.
Just Give them review copy like $20 per Link post, and 2nd copy for $100 .
