Hello Guys.
I am new to black hat world.
I am just wondering about who do you think are the best countries to outsource to?

IMHO, Pakistan, Bangladesh (can't beat 50 cent per hour workers). Not India. Philippines rocks as well, cause their knowledge of the English language is quite advanced.

Well how come you say Not India ???????????

Most of the Companies in United States are highly relay on Indian Skilled work power.

Philippines is good , but they wont work with out payment delays. but Indians will bare that and they will work for the client relationship. mind it.

I am not interested to comment on the first 3 countries that you told Thread Killer...............

Get advice from experienced member friend. dont get carried way by these small fellows comment.

I don't think there is specifically a "best" country to choose from. You can find fantastic and terrible workers in any country. I've worked with several workers from several countries, and that's my conclusion. Just because you pay someone more or less doesn't necessarily mean you will get a better or worse worker. Keep that in mind when looking for workers.

it doesnt depend on the country it depends on the person skill his avalaibaility and integrity you can find lot of outsourcing courses in the downloads section just use the search button

Not here to rain on anyone's parade. Just saying that with Pakistan and Bangladesh I get lucky 100% of the time. India it is more like 50/50. Just telling you out of my own experience.

You should check out Odesk. Skip considering the country. I don't care if a workers from Mars, if they have the skill set I need, experience, excellent reviews, and are cheap I'll hire them.
