I would love to do this so I can focus 100% on selling. I don't know how effective these people in India or wherever would be for local SEO or any SEO. If anyone has experience with this or a good thread let me know, thanks.

The easiest thing will be to :
Make a step by step plan and outsource each step
So for example , for profiles backlinks ,
Create your list , and find someone to create accounts on those forums , activate accounts , and post the link on your profile and then he will send you the profiles link
Or you can automate the whole thing lol
Personally I will prefer automation , ( crapebox , Xrumer , Senuke ....)

My favorite has been to just hire someone from the Philippines and train them on my link building methods.

My suggestion would be to go to oDesk and post an ad for someone do to Angela/Paul style links for you. Make sure they have their own link packets. And offer $0.30/profile. You can get a ton of links for relatively cheap using that.

Make sure not to load each profile with links... 2-3 links per profile max.

Personally I think it depends on your aims. Outsourcing = fairly cheap but needs a lot of management. I say better to automate - buy some cheap tools (Scrapebox = $57, AMR = $75 Sick = $15/mo etc) and learn to use them, build a list, build a link power list (ie places you can drop links onto) and do it yourself. In the long run you'll save money, time and a load of hassle. Maybe I'm just cheap but I like to do it myself and tbh I've never employed anyone yet who has done it as well as I would do it myself (or maybe I'm just bigheaded as well )

agree with drax2009, if you automate but do it yourself you have much more control over what backlinks you get and a much better understanding of why your site ranks as it does. Plus you don't have any management hassles.
