Hey guys, So I have been doing SEO on a large eCommerce website for about two months now, and I have been using all the normal techniques that USUALLY work for me: relevant, contextual high PR links, quality web 2.0s, PDFs, and social bookmarks with less than 10% exact match anchors. I have hit these pages hard with PR links and it feels like I'm never going to get past the authority websites on the first page. All 10 of the keywords (national KWs) I'm working on are between positions #8-15. Authority websites on the first page include Walmart, Overstock, Amazon, IKEA, and Macy's to name only a few. Do I need to take things up another notch and get some PR 6 + links? I'm pretty much stuck at this point. What strategies do you guys use to get above the annoying authority websites? Thanks!
