Outbound Engine - Can you rank profile pages?

I have a client that uses Outbound Engine which is a email marketing tool. This online platform has a profile page which looks like a webpage. It has a URL that ends with .myhomehq.biz

My question is can you rank Outbound Engine profile pages by creating a few backlinks, etc etc?
