Just curious how everyone organizes their sites, data, passes, etc

As most of you run multiple sites as I do I am wondering how you organize as you grow from 10-20 sites to 50-100 and beyond.

There is so much data to organize.

Urls, passes, hosts, keywords, where I've linked, pageranks etc etc not to mention all the tools and new methods found daily here on BHW.

I seem to be on the verge of information overload and was hoping to find some ideas on how to organize a little better . . .

How do you guys do it?

Urls - excel
passes - lastpass
hosts - always use hostgator
keywords - excel
where I've linked - excel
pageranks - dont follow it

Basically 1 massive excel sheet with title for everything inc
wordpress database name
FTP username
tools used to promote sites & when used

i dont look at how many links ive made, just when I promoted them last and how. i let google find my links naturally, so im not worried about indexing them straight away. either that or scrapebox auto approve lists. they are weak links, but get articles indexed etc.

i host all my sites at hostgator (just my preference).

i dont really follow pagerank. i know others do, but i only see the point in it if your selling links.

have a folder of bookmarks just for my sites, and folders in that with different niches, inc offline.

lastpass as a manager for all usernames and passwords. totally free and would be lost without it.

hope that helps. :)

Thanks!

I use excel (the open office and/or google docs version anyway) as well to organize most of my stuff. Just wondered what others do and what others track.

I use several host but I am considering keeping them all on one host in the future. I just hate the thought of putting all my eggs in one hosting basket sot o speak.

Tab delimited text files organized in anal retentive fashion. You gotta use your discipline to stay organized, it's the only way.
