Just curious how everyone organizes their sites, data, passes, etc As most of you run multiple sites as I do I am wondering how you organize as you grow from 10-20 sites to 50-100 and beyond. There is so much data to organize. Urls,passes,hosts,keywords,where I've linked, pageranks etc etc not to mention all the tools and new methods found daily here on BHW. I seem to be on the verge of information overload and was hoping to find some ideas on how to organize a little better . . . How do you guys do it?
