Organic, Non-Bot Spotify Monthly Listener Growth

Looking for someone to help grow my band’s Spotify monthly listeners on a direct-to-fan focused approach, as opposed to a playlist-focused approach. Whether that’s driving traffic to our Spotify link directly, or doing some other method, I’m looking for organic, direct exposure and fan growth, not passive playlist listens. We’re at 5k monthly now, would pay weekly based on predetermined monthly listener target goals.
