Optimizing My site ![ NewBie ]

Heya folks


is my first website .It gets around 100-150 UV a day . Its been 80 days since the domain was purchased and around 65 since the site is up .

348 pages are google indexed already .Alexa rank of around 3 million something .( Started off at 11 million... )

I was wondering how could I actually Increase my SERP for a particular keyword . , and I would be glad if you could advice me about the lay out & ad placements in my blog .
What exactly In SEO do i need to do ? to Increase my ranking with google ?

Hi buddy, use ibp, internet business promoter, after installing ibp, click optimisation and then click report, it will make a 20 pages long report and will tell u what to do.

You have loads of pages so consider optimizing different pages for different keywords
Just build backliks, one way baclinks any ay you legitimately can
Still fancy article marketing and social bookmarking myself
