I am currently in the process of creating a LinkedIn company page for my business. Since there are few threads on this topic, I thought it would be helpful to start one.

What does BHW think about purchasing LinkedIn Premium Company Pages? Do they offer a good return on investment (ROI)?

Additionally, what are some best practices and strategies for building a brand and generating leads from a company page?

I’ve been exploring LinkedIn Premium Company Pages as well and can say they definitely offer some cool features, like enhanced analytics and more visibility. However, whether the ROI is worth it really depends on your business type and goals. If you’re looking to scale your company’s presence and reach decision-makers, it could be worth it. But, for lead generation, organic growth and consistent posting with valuable content tend to be key. As for best practices, focus on engaging posts, employee advocacy, and clear calls to action. Also, consider using LinkedIn’s paid ads to boost targeted reach.

We are in the B2B space and the goal would be to reach decision-makers. The 60$/mo seem to be really worth it for things like seeing who is interested in your company - for our CRM or contacting them.

Highlight key posts, add clear calls to action, and encourage your team to share content to expand your reach.

LinkedIn Company Pages can be a good investment for B2B. The ROI depends on your industry and how active you are—but for lead generation and brand visibility, it helps.

Some practical tips:
  • Complete profile with keywords, fitting banner, clear description etc.
  • Post useful content (not just ads) couple of times per week.
PLUS: Run a small LinkedIn ad (e.g. 10$/day) to boost your best-performing organic post.
  • Engage with comments.
  • Use the analytics feature to see what works.
Search for people who viewed your page (under analytics) and send them a personalized connection request—many ignore this free lead source...

I like the idea with running a 10$/day ad! How many impressions do you think one can get through that in a month on average?

This is very hard to predict as it will depend on a variety of factors, like e.g. the ad itself, the industry and also your competition. But you can always start with a shorter period of time to better gauge, before you commit to a full month. Best of luck!

Company pages get 3x less engagement than personal profiles.

But that's not even the biggest reason to focus on your personal profile...

Here's what most people miss:

Buyers don't trust logos.
They trust people.

Think about it:

• When was the last time you DM'd a company page?
• When did you last save content from a company?
• Do you even remember company posts in your feed?

Personal profiles win because:

1. LinkedIn's algorithm favors individual accounts
2. People engage with real faces, not logos
3. Direct messages feel natural, not corporate
4. Your personality builds deeper connections
5. Trust develops faster with a human face

Stop hiding behind your company page.

Start showing up as yourself.

The results will shock you.

Funny enough - this post itself proves the point.

A company page sharing this exact same content would get fraction of the engagement.

But because I'm sharing it as myself, explaining it in simple terms, it resonates more.

That's the power of personal over corporate.

From what I’ve seen, LinkedIn Premium Company Pages don’t always give a high ROI unless you're running serious outreach or content campaigns.
Better focus on:
-Posting niche-relevant content consistently
-Using employee profiles to boost visibility
-Running lead gen ads with solid targeting
