I hired @theusualkeysersoze for a Google Ads setup (USA & AUS). We discussed via BHW PM and Telegram. I paid $150 USDT (TRC20) on March 22nd. After payment, he claimed the ads were "detected" and he was making a new drive page. Since then, he has gone completely silent, ignoring all my messages and calls for over 24 hours while being active on Telegram. He has failed to deliver the service or provide any update.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I sent multiple follow-up messages and tried calling him several times on Telegram to get an update. I also warned him that I would be opening a dispute if I didn't get a response, but he continued to ignore me.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I want a full refund of $150 USDT or a permanent ban on his account to protect other members.

Information For The Accused
@theusualkeysersoze, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

He also had 11 warnings in just 5 months.

He was a smartass that's all. Trying to get good with mods it appeared, tagging them like the mods are his best friends. He had knowledge about everything it appeared (/s off) and belittled everyone who asked a simple (in his eyes) stupid question.
